Job Summary Coordinate and manage export sea freight shipments, ensuring timely processing and clear communication with stakeholders. Support ship operations and documentation with accuracy and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Coordinate booking, shipment scheduling, and documentation for export sea freight shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing Manage email correspondence with local and overseas customers, principals, and agents to facilitate clear communication and promptly resolve operational issues Coordinate husbandry service for ships calling Singapore for bunkering. Organize and verify shipment documentation and operational tasks with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness Collaborate effectively within a team while independently managing assigned responsibilities to achieve operational goals Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain accurate shipment records Adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments to meet changing operational demands and deadlines Required competencies and certifications Minimum Diploma Holder or equivalent Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working in Shipping Companies preferred
