If so, we'd love to hear from you! 📍 Position: Sales Support Coordinator Industry: Marine & Shipping What You'll Be Doing ✅ Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team. ✅ Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation. ✅ Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing. ✅ Coordinate deliveries, shipment schedules, and project timelines. ✅ Monitor customer enquiries and provide timely follow-ups. ✅ Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation. ✅ Support the team in achieving sales targets through efficient coordination and customer service. What We're Looking For ✔️ Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime, or a related discipline. ✔️ Prior experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Processing, or Sales Coordination is an advantage. ✔️ Experience in the Marine, Shipping, Logistics, or Industrial sector is preferred but not mandatory. ✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✔️ Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. ✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). ✔️ Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an added advantage.
