Sales Co-Ordinator

With our commitment to quality service, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service, we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Sales Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team! Roles and Responsibilities Prepare accurate quotations and proposals in collaboration with the sales team. Process sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Proactively follow up on quotations via calls and emails to drive successful sales closure. Coordinate the preparation and verification of technical documents and certificates. Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, and technical workshop) to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment. Maintain and update inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all sales activities. Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure seamless daily operations. Support cross-functional teams to enhance overall workflow and efficiency. Assist in maintaining the QOHS System (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001) and ensure compliance with company standards. Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management. Requirement Diploma/Degree in any discipline, marine/engineering related will be preferable but not mandatory Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication Strong Customer Service orientation with strong organizational skills and attention to detail A driven self-starter who is independent, detailed and resourceful Works with initiative and has a positive attitude Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am to 5:15pm Alt. Sat 8am to 12pm (WFH arrangement available)
