Human Resource Manager (Group) - Up To 8.5K

Responsibilities: Manage full-spectrum of HR functions (HR Strategy & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations & Engagement and HR Policies & Compliance). Oversee performance evaluations and staff development programs. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Manage employee records and maintain HR documentation. Ensure compliance with employement laws and company regulations. Requirements: Min Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent or 8 years similar practical experience. Experience in Manufacturing Preferbly experience in IPO Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations. Well-organized and able to work within deadlines.
