The Role We are looking to hire an Analyst (0–2 years) to join our Singapore team, with a primary focus on M&A execution. Responsibilities: Support execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions Build financial models and perform valuation analyses Prepare marketing materials including teasers, information memoranda and presentations Coordinate due diligence and manage data rooms Conduct industry and company research Work closely with senior team members on live deal processes Requirements: 0–2 years’ experience in investment banking (M&A), corporate finance or transaction advisory Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset Solid understanding of M&A processes High attention to detail and ability to work in a lean, fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Salary: $10,000-$12,000 This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to live M&A transactions in a highly entrepreneurial and execution-focused environment.
