Cleaning Operations Manager

Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to achieve high performance and service excellence Manage stock levels of consumables and spare parts to ensure uninterrupted operations Train employees to competently perform their roles and use cleaning technology effectively Deploy and instruct staff on the latest cleaning technology, providing supervision to ensure proper use Certify that all cleaning equipment is safe and maintained in good working condition Handle escalations and implement performance management to resolve issues and improve team outcomes Monitor and evaluate cleaning team performance to maintain quality standards Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment Collaborate with clients to promptly address and resolve any site-related concern Foster a motivated and well-trained staff committed to excellence in cleanliness and customer service Perform cleaning duties proficiently to meet company and client standards
