💼 Job Details Basic Salary up to $7,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus 5.5-day work week (Alternate Saturdays) Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Office located at Pioneer Travel to project sites on Jurong Island required Company transport provided from selected locations in the West Key Responsibilities Develop and implement workplace safety and health (WSH) policies, procedures, and programmes. Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance. Investigate workplace incidents and implement preventive and corrective actions. Monitor risk control measures and maintain risk assessment documentation. Conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, and emergency response drills. Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with WSH regulations. Prepare safety reports, statutory submissions, and coordinate with regulatory authorities. Maintain safety records, monitor performance, and recommend continuous improvements. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related field. Registered WSH Officer certified by MOM Singapore. Minimum 5 years of WSH experience , preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and safety management systems. Experience in safety audits, incident investigations, and risk management. Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management systems.
