R&D Specialist

Salary: Up to $5,500 (Based on Experience) Working Days & Hours : Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) Location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided) Develop and improve waste treatment and resource recovery processes for efficiency and sustainability. Conduct R&D, laboratory testing, and process optimization for new and existing waste streams. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and external partners to support new projects, pilot trials, and commercialization. Evaluate and implement new technologies while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Support business growth through process innovation, technical expertise, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: PH.D in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Experience in specialty chemicals, oil & gas, water treatment, or related industries. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a results-driven mindset. Must not have colour blindness.
