Clinic Assistant (Aesthetic Clinic)

Who We Are We are a well-established aesthetic clinic that is conveniently located in Orchard Road. Helmed by our founder who is a MOH-certified doctor with years of clinical experience under her belt, our focus is on non-invasive medical aesthetic treatments that address aesthetic concerns of the face, skin, body and hair. We pride ourselves on our excellent patient service and we are looking for like-minded talented individuals to join our family. Your contribution to the team includes: · Perform professional facial and body treatments while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction, and to always provide excellent service · Assess and recommend suitable treatments for our clients according to their needs · Build good rapport and establish good relationship with clients to ensure retention and referrals · Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness of the centre · Provide support for front desk duties, customer care and scheduling of appointments / follow up · No hard selling You should have: · At least 1 year of experience in face and/or body treatments · Well groomed, service oriented with a passion to help · Positive attitude with a high level of initiative and a good team player Join us for a rewarding career path that includes: · High monthly income $3800-$4500 including attractive commission and incentives · 6 off days per month with every Sunday and Public Holiday off · Annual Performance Bonus and Incentive trip · Medical benefits · Dental benefits · Training will be provided and opportunity for Progression of career to senior positions
