Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable)/Contract/Central

Job Title: Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable) Location: Central, Singapore Job Type: Contract - 7 Months Job Description We are looking for a Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable) for one of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to be part of a dynamic finance team, ensuring accurate and timely accounts receivable and billing operations. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain SAP Customer Master Records. Prepare and issue invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly. Ensure all billing documentation is complete and properly maintained. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and respond to enquiries. Prepare management reports for stakeholders. Monitor and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable balances with customers and business entities. Manage and clear the Accounts Receivable shared mailbox. Support month-end Accounts Receivable activities and reconciliation where required. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 1–2 years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a shared services environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Self-motivated team player with good communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
