About this role
Job Description Support daily HR administrative and operational activities. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems. Process HR transactions, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities. Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries in a timely manner. Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee movement processes. Generate reports and support HR data administration. Assist with policy, process, and compliance-related activities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery. Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR operations, HR administration, or shared services functions. Familiarity with HR systems and digital HR tools will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
