Career Coaches (Special Needs Students) - Freelance

Pay: $25/hour Location: Online + Onsite at schools Commitment: Flexible, with required minimum onsite hours and ad-hoc availability We are seeking dedicated Freelance Job Coaches to support students with special needs in securing and sustaining meaningful internships and employment. This role requires commitment and responsiveness , including emergency on-site support when needed. Job Scope Includes: pre-on-board employer job coach training workplace support system setup Conduct pre Internship/Employment training onsite job coaching visit and support including ad-hoc emergency workplace support Employment training for Graduates Employment Support Training for Employer Onsite Coaching Commitment: Previous experience as a job coach is a bonus Previous experience coaching/ teaching or engaging students with special needs $400 Per successful placement This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”). e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
