About this role

Job Description Lead the delivery of HR and payroll operational services. Oversee day-to-day team operations and service performance. Monitor service standards, process compliance, and operational KPIs. Manage stakeholder communications and act as the primary point of contact for operational matters. Review and resolve escalated HR and payroll-related issues. Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and service continuity. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates. Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or shared services environments. Experience leading teams, coordinating projects, or managing service delivery is preferred. Good understanding of HR and payroll processes and operational best practices. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
