A Logistics Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and customers. Track deliveries and resolve transportation issues. Manage inventory levels and stock records. Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and logistics reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. Analyze logistics performance and recommend process improvements. Maintain accurate data in ERP, WMS, or logistics management systems. Required Skills Supply chain and logistics knowledge Inventory management Transportation and warehouse coordination Data analysis and reporting Problem-solving and decision-making Communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Typical Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or supply chain management. Certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, or logistics-related credentials are advantageous.
