Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure that software products meet business requirements, performance standards, and security best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into efficient software solutions. Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Review code, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and optimize application performance. Lead system architecture discussions and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior software engineers. Perform system integration, debugging, and software maintenance. Implement security, data protection, and compliance requirements in software solutions. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and user guides. Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go . Experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, .NET, Spring Boot, or Node.js . Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.). Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles. Experience using Git or other version control systems. Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and automated testing. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Professional certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are an advantage. Experience leading software development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications. Knowledge of AI, machine learning, data analytics, or cybersecurity is an added advantage. Experience working in Agile development environments.
