Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, manpower, and client coordination while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from commencement to completion. Prepare project schedules, work programmes, and monitor overall project progress. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all construction works comply with project specifications, statutory regulations, and quality standards. Supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and workers to ensure efficient site operations. Monitor project costs, budgets, procurement, and material deliveries. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies. Review technical drawings, method statements, and construction plans. Manage variation orders, progress claims, and project documentation. Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues promptly. Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and clients. Ensure timely completion and successful project handover. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction project management. Experience in managing commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Control Regulations, BCA requirements, and WSH standards. Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and project management software. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Registration with relevant professional bodies is an advantage. Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSH, BCSS, or equivalent).
