CCTV Service Engineer

Job Description: Conducting service and calibration procedures for spectrophotometers, color readers, illuminance meters, and light meters. Performing calibration, repair, and maintenance tasks in accordance with standards set by the manufacturing facility in Japan. Executing adjustments, alignments, replacements, and repairs of equipment and components as per equipment manuals and schematics, utilizing appropriate soldering tools. Providing precise technical support by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email. Ensuring accurate data entry and completion of service reports to comprehensively document all repair and calibration activities. Monitoring repair cases to guarantee timely completion within the turnaround time specified by the factory guidelines.
