Assistant Manager, Medical HR

Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities: Provide HR business partnering support to assigned divisions and departments. Manage recruitment activities for specialist and non-specialist positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. Support talent acquisition initiatives and candidate management processes. Coordinate employee engagement activities and onboarding programs. Process medical manpower listings and maintain accurate staffing records and reports. Requirements: Min Degree In HR /Business or related field Min 4 years of relevant HR experience in Healthcare environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
