Machine Maintenance Technician

Job Description: Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing production machineries, equipment, systems, and infrastructures. Responsible to ensure machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. Minimize machine downtime. In charge of performing Preventive and Predictive TPM as well as to monitor and control maintenance costs. Taking charge of dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs of machines breakdown Responsible in using Root cause analysis tool to analyze the cause of the breakdown. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
