The Role Reporting to senior regional and global stakeholders, you will play a critical role in shaping pricing strategies for complex, high-value engagements across multiple jurisdictions. This position offers significant exposure to senior business leaders and the opportunity to influence commercial outcomes in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing commercial insights, financial modelling, pricing recommendations, and governance support while helping to drive best-in-class pricing capabilities across Asia. Key Responsibilities • Partner with senior stakeholders across APAC to develop and execute pricing strategies for complex, multi-country engagements. • Lead the development of commercial proposals, including pricing analysis, financial modelling, profitability assessments, and scenario planning. • Provide strategic guidance on fee structures, pricing frameworks, alternative commercial models, and contract negotiations. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, pricing governance frameworks, and best-practice methodologies across the region. • Analyse market trends, competitive pricing practices, and business performance data to support informed pricing decisions. • Collaborate closely with finance, commercial, business operations, technology, and regional leadership teams to optimise commercial outcomes. • Lead and support regional bid, tender, and panel submission processes, ensuring commercially competitive and profitable proposals. • Develop pricing tools, reporting dashboards, and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making. • Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and commercial recommendations while balancing client expectations and business objectives. Your Profile As the successful candidate, you will possess the following relevant skills sets and experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field • Proven pricing experience gained within a complex, multinational environment. • Exposure within the professional services, legal, media, technology, consulting sector will be an advantage • Strong expertise in pricing strategy, pricing analysis, commercial modelling, financial analysis, and profitability management. • Experience developing pricing models and supporting large-scale commercial proposals or bids. • Advanced financial modelling and Excel capabilities. • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence senior leaders and commercial decision-makers. • Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
