Manufacturing Biotechnologist Trainee - Attach & Train program

The trainee is responsible for executing biochemical manufacturing tasks, including equipment preparation, solution formulation, and environmental monitoring in compliance with cGMP standards. They must also troubleshoot process issues, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must hold a diploma in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25kg are required.
