Manufacturing Biotechnologist Trainee - Attach & Train program

The trainee is responsible for executing manufacturing tasks in compliance with cGMP and safety standards, including equipment preparation, solution preparation, and process monitoring. They will also participate in process improvement initiatives and collaborate with shift teams to meet departmental objectives. Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Life Sciences or Engineering and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. The role requires the ability to work off-shifts, weekends, and handle physical loads of up to 25kg.
