Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: -Able to plan, implement and monitor work schedule for all necessary sites -Ability to source for suppliers / sub-cons for smooth operation on site -Independent & able to resolve any technical difficulties & problem may arise on site -Ensure operation are carried out timely, smoothly and safely for handling over to clients -Prepare & responsible for all necessary site safety procedures and documentation to authorize -Correspondence & Liaising with clients' representatives, authorities department, Main-contractors, Sub-con, suppliers & in house workers -Prepare site program chart for management review regularly -Attend show round / site meetings as & when require -Other related duties assign by company from time to time -Conduct setting out and mark level on site -Work closely with workers, subcontractors Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree with 2 - 3 years Relevant experience in Building construction Possess good communication skill for effective follow-up and attention to details Ability to interact with all levels in a professional & responsive manner Display maturity and able to handle stress Willingness to learn and progress Enthusiastic team player
