Retail Sales Specialist

In this role, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer's needs and recommend suitable bicycles, accessories, and services. Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, availability, and specifications. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktake activities. Develop in-depth knowledge of our bicycles, accessories, apparel, and related products. Stay updated on the latest cycling products and technologies to provide informed recommendations. Perform general retail duties, including store housekeeping, merchandising, and administrative tasks. Coordinate and facilitate bicycle test rides for prospective customers. Assist customers throughout their purchase journey including after sales service. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeated business and long-term loyalty. Process and fulfil online orders while ensuring excellent customer experience. Assist in planning, organising, and hosting cycling events, group rides, and community activities. Carry out any other duties or projects assigned by your supervisor or manager as required. Skills and Qualifications Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset. Passion for cycling and an interest in bicycle technology are an advantage, but not essential—training will be provided. A positive attitude with a proactive, "Can Do" approach to work. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and continuously develop product knowledge.
