Technical Specialist

In this role, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, availability, and specifications. Perform assembly, repairs and servicing of all types of bicycles. Develop in-depth knowledge of our bicycles, accessories, apparel, and related products. Provide advise to customers on recommendations for purchases, upgrades and service packages. Perform general retail duties, including store housekeeping, merchandising, and administrative tasks. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeated business and long-term loyalty. Carry out any other duties or projects assigned by your supervisor or manager as required. Skills and Qualifications Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience as a bicycle mechanic is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong willingness to learn and to take on new challenges Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Additional Details & Benefits Full-time position based on a 44-hour work week, spread across 5.5 days, including weekends and public holidays.
