Night Club Manager

Job description The Nightclub Manager will manage the daily commercial and operational activities of the nightclub. Key responsibilities: Manage the daily operation of the nightclub, entertainment areas and customer-service sections. Plan weekly entertainment schedules, themed events and promotional activities. Coordinate with DJs, performers, entertainers, event organisers and external contractors. Supervise guest relations, floor operations, security coordination and closing procedures. Monitor attendance, daily revenue, operating expenses and event profitability. Implement customer-service, crowd-management and incident-reporting procedures. Manage employee deployment, performance, training and service standards. Coordinate private functions, corporate events and special entertainment programmes. Review customer feedback and recommend improvements to the venue’s services. Ensure the nightclub follows applicable licensing, safety and operational requirements. Submit operational and performance reports to the General Manager or Director.
