Service Engineer, Drups (Dynamic Rotating Ups)

Position Summary Preventive and corrective maintenance for DRUPS (Dynamic Rotating UPS) at customers sites. Responsibilities Perform schedule preventive maintenance program at various customers’ sites. Attend trouble shooting and corrective repair on site Identify issues and potential issues from PM activities, provide feedback and possible solution to back office for issue resolution discussion with customers. Generate and maintain lean and clear documentation like service report from every service activity. Others maybe be needed for customer services. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline. Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical/mechanical equipment or UPS systems. Knowledge of DRUPS systems is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance independently at customer sites. Good documentation and report-writing skills. Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to travel to customer sites and work in industrial environments. Team player with a proactive and safety-conscious mindset.
