Job Summary Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver excellent guest service, manage and develop a team, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and support initiatives to drive sales growth. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure prompt, friendly service and a positive guest experience Manage and train waiters and bartenders to achieve high performance and service standards Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the restaurant environment at all times Manage inventory levels and order supplies to ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations Assist management in implementing new initiatives and strategies to increase sales and improve operations Required competencies and certifications Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a restaurant team effectively Ability to perform under pressure with strong time-management skills in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks with strong attention to detail Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant setting Other Information Benefits For Confirmed Staff: Staff Meals: Free meals provided during shift Night Transport: Taxi claims available for exceptionally late days Top Seller Award: Incentives for the highest earner of each month from every outlet Sentosa Entry Pass: Annual Sentosa islander pass provided for subsidised transport and free entry (for Sentosa team) Locations: 📍Bukit Timah: 34 Greenwood Ave, S289236 📍Quayside Isle: 31 Ocean Way #01-02 to 05, S098375
