About this role

Description The planning engineer will prepare and maintain schedules, develop and review project baselines, and monitor and track progress. Develop detailed execution schedules and plans for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) projects in the Energy infrastructure industry. Responsibilities · prepare a project schedule that integrates constraints and strategies for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning · Prepare logic diagram, in accordance with the Work Breakdown Structure, which form the basis for detailed level schedule reporting and analysis · Prepare and maintain baseline schedule using Primavera P6 · Monitor actual progress against baseline schedules, analyze deviations and recommend remedial action · Prepare and maintain project progress curve · Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report · Prepare and monitor resource mobilization plan · Prepare Risk Register Reports · Prepare cost and planning proposal for project variations · Prepare and maintaining Cost Report and Change Order Register · Prepare Progress Claim and Invoice to Client Requirements · Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. · Minimum 3 -7 years of EPC Project Planning experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Energy Infrastructure Industry. · Able to operate project planning software Primavera P6 · Strong analytical skills and attention to details · Able to apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning project schedule.
