Area Manager

Location: Eastern region and typically comprise several buildings within each site. 5 days working Job summary: Lead and oversee the delivery of facility management services across assigned portfolios, ensuring operational excellence and service quality. Provide direction, mentorship, and support to Building Managers, Technical Executives, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers in managing daily building operations. Analyze operational challenges, resolve issues, and offer technical and strategic guidance to site teams. Establish and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal workflows to improve efficiency and consistency across operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities, and key stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships and effective communication. Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources. Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by Management. Job Requirement Possess an approved tertiary or equivalent qualification and with at least 5 years relevant post graduate experience in Projects & Facilities Management/ Estate Management/ Engineering or Equivalent.
