R&D Engineer (Power Electronics - Mnc)

About the Role: We are looking for a passionate R&D Engineer (Power Electronics) to design, develop, and test high-performance power converter systems. You will be involved in the full product lifecycle — from design to validation and production. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop analog/digital control systems for switch-mode power converters. Develop firmware and control algorithms for MCU/DSP-based systems. Perform circuit simulation, prototyping, and lab testing (electrical, thermal, EMI/EMC). Prepare design documentation , test reports, and support product release. Work with mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams for product transfer. Ensure compliance with IEC, UL, RoHS, REACH , and ISO 9001 standards. Support design reviews, cost reduction , and process improvement projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical / Electronic Engineering . Open for candidates with no prior experience. Experience in power electronics design, simulation, and testing . Proficient in MCU/DSP programming and control system design. Hands-on with PCB tools and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, LTspice) . Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
