Key Responsibilities Oversee and enforce trade control compliance across the organization. Validate and manage lists of flagged end-users. Handle trade compliance workflows in SAP, including item classification, master data creation, and releasing export licenses following HQ approval. Consult with global HQ regarding high-risk transactions involving sanctioned countries or military entities. Organize regular trade compliance training for employees, especially the sales division. Draft annual sales compliance reports and participate in regional/global export control meetings. Review, manage, and draft corporate contracts (e.g., NDAs, vendor agreements). Manage corporate disputes and oversee legal audits. Ensure organizational compliance with internal policies, anti-trust, and anti-bribery regulations, and conduct regular compliance training. Serve as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to manage PDPA compliance, performing risk assessments and mitigating data privacy vulnerabilities. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Law , International Business , or a related field. Minimum of 5 years in trade compliance, alongside experience handling in-house legal matters or working in a law firm (specifically in contract management). Strong understanding of regional geopolitical affairs. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and problem-solving oriented. Excellent communication and time-management skills; capable of working autonomously and multitasking under self-motivation.
