Project Manager (Hotel Or Hdb)

Working days: 5,5 days working Location: Project Sites Responsibilities Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring targets for quality, cost, safety, and schedule are achieved. Report project progress to senior management. Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and review project schedules, method statements, technical submissions, and risk assessments. Conduct project coordination and site safety meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5–10 years of building construction experience. Completed at least one HDB, or hotel project as a Project Manager. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Able to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
