Senior Accounts Executive (General Ledger) (4.5 Days, Mnc, Manufacturing)

Job overview: Industry: Chemical Manufacturing Type: Japanese MNC Key Responsibilities Oversee full-set accounting, General Ledger (GL) maintenance, fixed assets, cost center accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations. Lead month-end closing processes, assist with financial statement analysis, consolidate accounts, and prepare management reports. Ensure adherence to Accounting Standards and JSOX compliance. Manage GST consolidation, Corporate Tax/Pillar 2 filings, and statutory audit schedules. Assist with forecasting and budgeting, complete statutory board surveys, and support ad-hoc financial projects. Streamline existing manual Excel processes (with the authority to implement changes and collaborate with the internal AI team). Requirements Hold a CA , CPA , or an equivalent Degree in Accountancy . Minimum of 5 years handling full sets of accounts and reporting, ideally within large-scale companies (manufacturing, trading, or chemical background is preferred but not mandatory). Mandatory proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel (complex formulas and spreadsheet modeling). Experience with internal/external audits is required. Analytical, highly meticulous, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and an adaptable, problem-solving mindset.
