Job title: FP&A Manager Type: Singaporean company Industry: Telecom Location: Bedok, East region Job Description: Prepare, review, and consolidate financial results in compliance with SFRS and Group policies. Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare periodic financial forecasts and long-term financial plans. Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identify key variances, and recommend improvement initiatives. Review project costing and business unit performance to support corporate and financial objectives. Manage treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, funding requirements, banking facilities, and foreign exchange exposure. Prepare timely financial reports, dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations. Monitor financial KPIs and provide insights to support business planning and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with business units, auditors, the Group Tax team, and external consultants on audits, tax matters, and financial reporting. Oversee daily finance operations and drive continuous improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned. Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CPA) At least 7–10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or a similar finance role.
