Senior Sales And Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities: Lead and guide sales representatives to meet sales targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor competitors' sales activities and market trends. Handle customer orders, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules. Provide service support including enquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues. Assist in administrative tasks (invoicing, purchase orders, filing, office support) Liaise with logistics, finance, and sales teams for smooth operations. Maintain CRM records and prepare reports. Engage in cross-department and cross-group communication to align and achieve organizational objectives. Team activity arrangements Additional Duties Provide administrative or logistics support during colleagues’ leave. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields. ≥3 years of customer service & sales experience. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Microsoft Office, ERP, Sap, CRM proficiency.
