Sales Assistant

Job Roles and Responsibilities: · Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service · Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual standards · Assist with the sales process Job Requirement: · Minimum 2 years of experience in related position · Self-starter and able to work independently · Able to read and speak Japanese fluently in order to liaise with Japanese speaking vendors and clients · Proven experience in sales and customer service. Excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends). Ability to work under pressure and fast paced environment.
