Project Coordinator

Job Description: A Project Coordinator have to coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered with quality and on schedule. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate between site staff and management; ensure all team members are on schedule and tasks are delegated appropriately and materials delivered on schedule. Manage clients and vendors, addressing concerns, managing service providers, and ensuring deliverables are met. Ensure the site adheres to safety regulations, company policies, and local regulations, and handle audits as needed. Prepare and submit progress reports on-site activities Requirements : Proven experience in site coordination, project management, or a similar role. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools. Proficient in AutoCAD Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
