Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders. Responsible for quantity take off, sourcing of subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare and submit variation and cost claims. Procurement of materials and project related items. Manage project timeline and cost, carry out rates and commercial negotiations. Managing the contracts in accordance with the terms and conditions with respect to financial complications. Assist Project Director/ Manager / Snr QS on contractual disputes and arbitration. Others as when instructed by the Management. Requirements: At least 2 years experience in a similar position in the renovation industry. Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent or relevant academic background. Strong commitments and strict adherence to report deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity. Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment. Good communications & interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Able to start work within a short notice preferred.
