Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Building & Construction Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Working Location: Islandwide Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM, Saturday half day) Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements Manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met. Coordinate and evaluate tender submissions, obtain quotations, and prepare tender documents for projects Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide regular cost reports to ensure projects remain within budget Prepare and process interim valuations, progress claims, and manage payments to subcontractors and suppliers Measure quantities and prepare bills of quantities, schedules, and other required documentation Compile and present regular cost, progress, and financial reports as required by management.
