Senior HR Executive Position: Senior HR Executive Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Senior HR Executive manages the full spectrum of HR functions independently. This role requires strong knowledge of employment legislation, payroll ownership, and hands-on experience in compliance and policy implementation. Key Responsibilities Full-Spectrum HR Management Manage end-to-end recruitment process independently Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning Oversee onboarding and probation management Payroll & Compensation Own monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions Administer compensation & benefits programs Manage employee insurance and claims Policies & Compliance Develop, review and implement HR policies and SOPs Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act Maintain ISO and BizSafe documentation Standardize HR forms and internal procedures Training & Performance Identify training needs and coordinate programs Support performance appraisal process Facilitate employee engagement initiatives Requirements Degree in HR or related field 5–7 years of relevant HR experience Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation Experience managing full-cycle payroll independently Experience in ISO/BizSafe compliance preferred Strong stakeholder management skills
