Construction Carpenter

Key Responsibilities: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood, plywood, and other construction materials. Construct and install formwork, partitions, doors, windows, ceilings, flooring, roofing, and other structural components. Build and dismantle timber formwork, scaffolding, and temporary structures as required. Repair, maintain, and replace damaged wooden structures and fittings. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Ensure all carpentry works are completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and schedules. Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other trades on site. Follow all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements. Load, unload, and handle construction materials and equipment. Report material shortages, defects, or safety concerns to the Site Supervisor. Perform other carpentry and construction-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Site Supervisor.
