Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise network and network security infrastructure. Troubleshoot incidents and ensure SLA compliance. Perform network changes following Change Management processes. Required Skills 5+ years of experience supporting Cisco enterprise networks . Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, WLAN, and Cisco ACI (Mandatory) . CCNP Certification (Mandatory) . Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching protocols.
