Job Summary Support the director in supervising daily waste management and construction operations, ensuring efficient logistics, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic industrial environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily waste management services and construction activities to ensure smooth operational flow and compliance with company standards Monitor logistics, transportation, and warehousing to optimize resource allocation and timely delivery Assign daily tasks to supervisors, operators, and mechanics to maintain productivity and operational efficiency Ensure proper daily disposal of waste in accordance with environmental and safety regulations Mediate and resolve conflicts among employees to maintain a harmonious work environment Respond promptly to customer complaints and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction Oversee maintenance schedules and repairs for heavy and light vehicles and machinery to minimize downtime Monitor workplace safety compliance to prevent accidents and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements Negotiate disposal and scrap rates with vendors to achieve cost-effective service agreements Perform additional duties as assigned by the directors to support business objectives Other Information Job location: Tuas, Singapore Salary: S$ 3500/- per month (negotiable) Work week: 5.5 days (5 days negotiable) Job posted by Bhanu Rajan Saitech International EA Regn R1106079 ---
