Manage financial, administrative, and payroll tasks in compliance with company policies. Enforce hygiene, safety, and operational standards throughout the restaurant. Train, mentor, and support staff development, including onboarding of new employees. Analyze sales metrics, manage systems (POS), and implement improvements to drive growth.
