Supervise food preparation and manage inventory, stock orders, and regular stock takes. Ensure proper food storage, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene protocols. Inspect supplier deliveries for quality and support junior staff through training and guidance. Promote a positive, collaborative, and efficient kitchen environment. REQUIREMENTS Min. of 2 to 3 years of experience in kitchen setting.
