About this role
We are looking for a positive and reliable candidate who is detailed-oriented to join our demanding kitchen on a permanent part-time basis. This means that you are a permanent employee who works for fixed hours on fixed days every week, e.g: 3 days/25 hours a week on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. At TIANN’S , we specialise in gluten-free and sugar conscious creations. Everything is designed for those who want to eat healthier without compromising on taste and flavour. Our guests have a wide range of dietary preferences/intolerances, and we make sure that we feed them well with only what they can have. Our passion also extends beyond food, as we are dedicated to delivering excellent service, consistent high-quality food to provide our guests with amazing dining experiences. What you will be doing: Prepare orders for food service consistently, to specifications as per recipes Handle ingredients and maintain mise en place Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitisation in all areas Manage wastage control Prepare staff meals Work with FOH team to ensure smooth operations Advise customers on allergies and intolerances Stay knowledgeable about ingredients Manage stock inventory Wash dishes, maintain equipment, maintain exhaust, where required Conduct other tasks, where required What you'd need: Enjoy working in a disciplined and fast-paced environment Has excellent command of English Able to work well and communicate effectively and efficiently with the team Eager to learn and take on challenges Highly self-motivated Culinary Diploma or 3 years of kitchen experience and excellent knife skills Able to commit for at least 1 year, 25-33 hours a week What you will enjoy: Competitive salary Birthday benefit Staff meals and drinks provided Uniform laundry service provided Clean, positive and cohesive work environment Opportunities for career advancement Send your resume via Whatsapp to 96491650.
