We are looking for positive and reliable members who are customer-oriented to join our Front of House team on a part time basis. At TIANN’S , we specialise in gluten-free and sugar conscious creations. Everything is designed for those who want to eat healthier without compromising on taste and flavour. Our guests have a wide range of dietary preferences/intolerances, and we make sure that we feed them well with only what they can have. Our passion also extends beyond food, as we are dedicated to delivering excellent service, consistent high-quality food to provide our guests with amazing dining experiences. What you will do : Warmly welcome and seat guests Take orders accurately Brew well-balanced cups of coffee Prepare guests orders Serve food and drinks Provide excellent customer service and manage customer expectations well Communicate effectively and work well with team members Ensure smooth daily operations Maintain cleanliness of operational areas to ensure customer comfort Manage stock inventory Assist with kitchen prep Conduct other tasks where required What you need : Positive and reliable individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service Has excellent command in English Able to read body language well Good at communicate effectively and efficiently with the team and customers Works well within a team Eager to learn and take on challenges in a fast-paced environment Highly self-motivated Happy to work on weekends and public holidays Able to commit at least 12 hours a week, for at least 4 months What you will enjoy!
