What you'll be doing As part of a regional support team, you'll play a key role in supporting clients and ensuring a high-quality user experience. Responsibilities include: Troubleshoot and resolve client support tickets and application issues Investigate backend system and platform-related concerns Support onboarding activities, product demonstrations, and client guidance Assist with contract mapping and product-related queries Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand new products and features Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders Build strong relationships and become a trusted contact for customers Work with regional and global teams to deliver seamless support services What we're looking for Must-have: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-centric mindset with confidence interacting with clients Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment Team player with a proactive attitude Nice-to-have: Basic understanding of SQL and database queries Exposure to networking concepts such as TCP/IP Scripting knowledge (particularly Python) is a plus Additional language skills such as Mandarin or Japanese are advantageous Why join?
