About this role

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Recruitment Partner for 12 months contract role with one of our leading Technology client. Responsibilities: Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels. Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g: Agencies). Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives). Ensuring a great candidate experience for all candidates in the recruitment process Qualifications: Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) - Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally. Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks. Experience in SEA market and hands on experience in managing stakeholders in Singapore as well as SEA (VIetnam, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia) CEI No: R1879793 / EA No: 07C3147
